All email management is handled through cPanel and webmail.

Supported Email Protocols #

ProRedLine supports the following protocols:

IMAP #

• Used for receiving and synchronizing email
• Keeps messages synced across devices
• Recommended for all users

SMTP #

• Used for sending email
• Requires authentication
• Uses secure connections

Unsupported Protocols #

POP3 is not supported at ProRedLine.

POP3:

• Is outdated
• Does not synchronize across devices
• Causes data loss risks

Only IMAP and SMTP are supported.
