Introduction #

In this doc we explain where to find your ProRedLine invoices, how to download invoices, and more. These steps also apply to Credit Notes.

Where to Find Your Invoices #

There are two main ways to access your invoices at ProRedLine. You can download them directly from your My ProRedLine account, and in many cases you will also receive them by email. Both methods give access to the same billing documents, so you can use whichever is most convenient.

Method 1: Through Your My ProRedLine Account #

You can view and download invoices from your account area on My ProRedLine.

  1. Log in to your ProRedLine account on https://my.proredline.com.
  2. Open the Orders tab in your account area.
  3. Click on My Orders.
  4. You will now see an overview of your orders.
  5. Click Invoice on a completed or processing order to download the invoice for that order.

Orders represent the payments made for your services and subscriptions. This is usually the quickest way to find a billing document for a specific payment.

Alternative: View Invoices Through a Subscription #

If you prefer, you can also locate invoices through the related subscription instead of looking through all orders.

  1. Log in to your ProRedLine account on https://my.proredline.com.
  2. Open the Orders tab in your account area.
  3. Click on My Subscriptions.
  4. Select the subscription you want to review.
  5. In the subscription overview, look for Related orders.

This section shows the original order and any renewal orders connected to that subscription. From there, you can open the relevant order and download the invoice linked to it.

Method 2: Through Email #

Invoices are also sent by email with each Payment made message as an attachment. This attachment is the same invoice document that is available in your My ProRedLine account.

If an invoice is later changed or voided, the updated version will be sent again by email through the relevant Order details communication. The invoice shown in your My ProRedLine account will also be updated so that the current version replaces the earlier one where applicable.

Downloading an Invoice #

Once you have opened an invoice from your My ProRedLine account, the next step is downloading it to your device. In many cases, clicking Invoice opens the PDF in your browser first instead of downloading it immediately. This behavior depends on the browser and device you are using.

Downloading from Your My ProRedLine Account #

After clicking Invoice next to an order, the invoice will often open in your browser’s built-in PDF viewer. For example, in Chrome, the PDF usually opens in a new tab.

To save the invoice to your device:

  1. Open the invoice from the relevant order.
  2. Wait for the PDF to load in your browser.
  3. Click the download button in the top-right area of the PDF viewer.
  4. If your device asks where the file should be saved, choose the preferred folder and confirm by clicking Save.

In most browsers, you can also choose to print the invoice instead of downloading it.

Because some invoices may later be updated or replaced, it is important to repeat this process if you are notified that an invoice has changed and you need the newest version saved locally.

Downloading from an Email Attachment #

If the invoice was received by email, it can usually be downloaded directly from the attachment in the Payment made email. The exact steps depend on your email app or provider, but in most cases you can open the attached invoice and then either download or save it from there.

This is often the easiest option if you only need the invoice for a recent payment and already have the email available.
