Is my server online 24/7?
Can I upgrade or downgrade my server?
Absolutely! You can change your subscription package by contacting our customer support and submitting a new ticket.

How do I install my game server?
Once the first payment for your subscription has been processed, your server will be automatically installed. You will then receive an email with your login credentials for the customer dashboard, where you can manage your server once it’s set up.

What should I do if something breaks after an update?
If a WordPress update causes issues:
- Disable plugins
- Check PHP compatibility
- Restore from a backup if needed
Backups and recovery are your responsibility, but are the best tools to recover an broken website.
How long does it take before my hosting is ready?
Hosting is provisioned manually within:
- Up to 48 hours
- Usually within 24 hours
Provisioning is not instant.
Can I use my domain with Web Hosting, Email Hosting or DNS only?
Yes. Domains can be used with:
- Web Hosting (including Site Hosting)
- Email Hosting
- DNS-only usage
The usage type is selected during checkout via the Domain Wizard.
Does ProRedLine manage or maintain my WordPress website?
No. ProRedLine provides the hosting platform and tools.
You are responsible for WordPress installation, updates, plugins, security and content.
Is WordPress automatically installed on my hosting account?
No. WordPress is never installed automatically.
WP Toolkit is available in cPanel, but a WordPress website is only created when you manually install it.
Domains at ProRedLine
Is DNSSEC enabled on my domain?
Yes!
DNSSEC is enabled by default for all domains registered via ProRedLine with an active subscription.DNSSEC is managed by ProRedLine and cannot be modified by customers.
Can I change nameservers for my domain?
Normally, no.
ProRedLine manages nameservers and DNSSEC by default.In exceptional cases, nameserver changes may be possible via support.
Can I change how my domain is used after purchase?
Yes.
You can change a domain between:- Standalone
- Parked domain
- Addon domain
This can be done without additional costs by contacting support.
Can I use my ProRedLine domain with external services?
Yes.
You can use a ProRedLine domain with external email, hosting or other providers by adjusting DNS records.Using external domains with ProRedLine services is currently not supported.
Do I own my domain if I register it via ProRedLine?
Yes.
All domains registered via ProRedLine are fully owned by the customer at the registry. ProRedLine is listed as reseller and technical contact.
Billing
Can I have multiple subscriptions?
Yes! However, you’ll need to create a separate order for each server. This is due to the way our automatic server creation system is set up after payment. The system ensures you get your server immediately after completing your payment. So, for two or more servers, you’ll need to add one to your cart, complete the payment, then add the next server to your cart, complete the payment again, and so on.
Can I switch from monthly to yearly payments (or vice versa)?
Yes, consumers can change their billing cycle (e.g. from monthly to quarterly, semi-annually, or annually, and vice versa). Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only provided within 14 days of the initial payment or under specific circumstances. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more details.

How do I know when there’s maintenance or any ongoing incidents?
We have a status website where you can find real-time information about our main servers, incidents, and scheduled/ongoing maintenance. We will always notify you in advance of any upcoming maintenance on status.proredline.com. We recommend saving your progress and shutting down your server before maintenance begins, as your server may go offline during this time.
Do you offer DDoS protection?
Yes, all of our servers include built-in DDoS protection at the network level, provided by our hosting infrastructure. This protects your game server traffic against most common volumetric attacks (e.g. UDP floods, SYN floods), ensuring a stable and secure gaming experience.
Please note: while basic protection is included, advanced or game-specific filtering (e.g. for FiveM or Minecraft exploit protection) may require additional configuration or external filtering solutions.
