Introduction #
In this doc we’ll explain how to change your account details across ProRedLine services. This includes my.proredline.com, Game Panel and cPanel.
Changing Email, Name or Billing Address #
My ProRedLine Account #
Changing your email or name on My ProRedLine can be done by following these steps:
- Go to https://my.proredline.com
- Login with your current account details
- Once logged in, you’ll be redirected to the My Account page. You’ll immediatly see a couple of fields for your email, first name and last name. Enter your new correct email and/or name.
- Click ‘Update Account’. Once saved, you’ll now use these credentials for My ProRedLine.

Billing details (email, address, phone, company) in My ProRedLine #
Your billing details (which are used for your orders) are not the same as the details shown on the My Account page. Your billing information needs to be updated seperatly when needed. This can be done by follow these steps:
- On the My Account page on https://my.proredline.com, go to the ‘Store & Other Settings’ tab.
- There you will see a ‘Billing Address’ button, click on it.
- A new page will open with your current billing information. Enter the correct information to use for your orders and subscriptions.
- On the bottom of the page, click on the ‘Save Address’ button. Your updated information will be saved for future orders and subscriptions.

Game Panel #
Changing your email on the Game Panel can be done by following these steps:
- Go to https://game.proredline.com and login if prompted.
- Once logged in, go to your account settings as shown in the image below.

- Here you will find a box with the title ‘Update Email Address’. You will see your current email address in the first field. Change this to your new email address, confirm by entering your password and click ‘Update Email’. Once completed, you have changed your customer dashboard’s email address. This email can now be used for logging in, and you’ll receive important emails regarding your (game) servers on this new email address.

cPanel #
Changing your email on cPanel can be done by following these steps:
- Go to https://cpanel.your.domain and login with your cPanel account.
- Once logged in, click on the account button in the top right of the screen.
- Click on ‘Account Preferences’.
- On this page you can enter a new email (and optionally a secondary email) in the Contact Information box.
- Enter your current password and click on ‘Save Changes’ within that same box.

Can I Use a Company Name? #
Yes! Our checkout and invoices support Company names and VAT ID’s. These fields are not required, which allows individuals and businesses to be part of the ProRedLine family.
Company names and VAT ID’s can be changed in the billing details on my.proredline.com as shown above. However these changes will not automatically reflect on already exisiting subscriptions. Please contact support if you need information to be changed on your already existing subscriptions.
