There can be a number of reasons why the payment fails. Most commonly it’s because the card doesn’t have enough funds available. As our system only tries once to automatically charge the credit card on file (on the due date), to reactivate the subscription, please manually make the payment on your ProRedLine.com account the same day. If you wait, a €5,- reactivation fee may apply.
In some cases, we may waive the reactivation fee. #
This decision is made on a case-by-case basis. If you believe your payment failed due to a reason other than insufficient balance, we recommend contacting our support team to discuss your situation.
Please note: since we can only charge the saved card on the subscription’s due date, we strongly encourage customers to make manual payments for renewals to avoid service interruptions.
