There can be a number of reasons why the payment fails. Most commonly it’s because the (credit) card doesn’t have enough funds available. As our system (applies to AUTOPAY) only tries once to automatically charge the credit card on file (7 days before the due date), make the payment manually through your my.proredline.com account before the due date. If you still wish to make the payment after the due date for the existing subscription, a €5,- reactivation fee may apply.
In some cases, we may waive the reactivation fee. #
This decision is made on a case-by-case basis. If you believe your payment failed due to a reason other than insufficient balance, we recommend contacting our support team to discuss your situation.
Please note: since we only charge the saved credit card payment method (if applicable) 7 days before the subscription’s due date, we encourage customers to make manual payments for renewals to avoid service interruptions. When using AUTOPAY, and it fails to charge the saved credit card, another email will be sent to inform the customer about the failed attempt and about requiring manual payment to be made.
