12 months of inactivity #

If you haven’t logged in to your account for at least 12 months without any active subscriptions for at least 12 months, your account will automatically be deleted from our system. Not to worry, we do sent some emails informing you of the upcoming deletion. This gives you the opportunity to log in before the deletion will be triggered.
