Introduction #
There are 2 scenarios when not renewing on time. Due to our store using the prepaid model, the customer cannot incur any debts for the services.
Scenario 1: Renewing subscription within the 7-day grace period #
If the original due date has passed, your subscription and service will be suspended. This means you will lose access to your subscription and its data. But it is possible to regain access to your subscription and its data by renewing your subscription in a 7-day grace period. By doing so, a one-time reactivation fee of €5,- will apply. If payment is made within the 7-day grace period, your server will be reactivated within 24 hours after we’ve received the funds.
Scenario 2: Not renewing within the 7-day grace period #
If you choose not to renew your subscription and/or paying the €5,- reactivation fee, please cancel your subscription on your ProRedLine.com account page under ‘Subscriptions’. Otherwise, if no payment is received, and we haven’t received a cancellation, we will cancel the subscription for you after the 7-day grace period. This means you will permanently lose access to your subscription’s services and it’s data as they will be deleted from our system. This also means that all open payments for that subscription will be cancelled as we use the prepaid store model (so no debts).
Can I order a new subscription after one of these scenarios? #
Yes, absolutely. When your subscription is cancelled or suspended, you’re always welcome to place a new order at ProRedLine. Thanks to our prepaid store model, customers never owe any outstanding payments, making it possible to (re)subscribe at any time without restrictions.
