Payment Methods with AUTOPAY #
Credit/Debit card (Including through express checkout) is the only supported payment method which uses AUTOPAY.
In short, what is AUTOPAY? #
AUTOPAY charges the saved Credit Card payment method for any upcoming billing cycles (Renewals). This eliminates the need to manually pay for each renewal as long as there are enough funds on the card(s).
How to enable it #
Enabling AUTOPAY is very simple, but to make sure customers do not get any unwanted charges on their credit/debit card, we recommend making manual payments for each renewal.
- Method 1: Saving your credit/debit card at checkout
- When you’re on the checkout page, and you’ve clicked on the Credit/Debit card payment options, you’ll see a notice about saving the payment method. This means your card get saved to your account under ‘Saved Payment Methods’.
- Continuing with your credit card payment, saving the card to your account, gives ProRedLine (express) permission to charge the card for any future charges.
- Once the order has been placed, you’ve enabled AUTOPAY! Your card is now saved to your account. Please check out this article on how to change, add or remove your saved payment methods from your account.
- Method 2: Adding a credit/debit card in your ProRedLine.com account settings
- By following the steps in this article, you can add (or change/remove) saved credit/debit cards from your account.
