However, external domains are not supported for use with ProRedLine services.

Supported Scenario: ProRedLine Domain with External Services #

You can use a ProRedLine-managed domain with external providers by adjusting DNS records.

Examples include:

• External website hosting
• External email services
• Verification for third-party platforms
• External APIs or SaaS tools

This is done by modifying DNS records in the DNS Zone Editor.

Unsupported Scenario: External Domain with ProRedLine Services #

ProRedLine currently does not support using external domains with:

• ProRedLine Web Hosting or Site Hosting
• ProRedLine Email Hosting
• Other ProRedLine-managed services

Domains must be registered or managed through ProRedLine to be used with ProRedLine services.

If you use external email services:

• Update SPF records to include the external provider
