What are incidents? #
Experiencing trouble with your ProRedLine services? There can be an active incident going on, on the ProRedLine network. Incidents are critical issues on the ProRedLine servers. ProRedLine has 4 large servers, and if even 1 of them have issues or are not reachable, your services may be impacted. When this happens, a new incident will be registered and posted on our status website (https://status.proredline.com). From this moment on, ProRedLine’s primary focus is to locate and fix the problem as fast as possible.
What’s the downtime of an ongoing incident? #
This can vary from 5 minutes to 24 hours. Usually our incidents do not take any longer than 30 minutes to 1 hour, but in rare cases, it may take more time to fix the issue(s).
I am experiencing problems, but there’s no ongoing incident logged #
It may happen that you are experiencing issues with your services. If you are certain it’s an issue on ProRedLine’s side, you can report a new incident through the form below. If ProRedLine confirms there is an ongoing issue, we will post the new incident on status.proredline.com. When you do not see a new incident being posted within an hour after your report, it may be an issue on your side. If this is the case, please create a ticket and we’ll help you fix the issue.
