All plan changes follow ProRedLine’s prepaid policy to ensure fair and consistent billing.
Payment Requirements #
- The new plan must be paid in advance.
- If you do not pay before your current billing cycle ends, the change will not activate.
- Once the new plan has been paid, the old subscription will automatically end when the new plan starts.
- Do not renew your old subscription during this process; doing so will delay the switch until that new cycle finishes.
Transparency #
- The new plan price and activation date are always clearly stated in:
- The support ticket confirmation, and
- The payment page in your client area.
