Oh, no! Your (game) server won’t start? This is not uncommon and can be quite frustrating. But no worries, let’s try some potential solutions first.

• Have you edited, deleted or moved a file before this problem started happening? Manually revert any changes made and try starting your server again.
• If that doesn’t work, check if in the console if there are any errors. If so, check if the errors are from the hosting environment from ProRedLine (shown as Pterodactyl on the console) or from the game/software. If it’s from the game/software, try their support forums and look for any updates/bugs. It’s also possible the issue is from ProRedLine’s hosting environment. Does your server not show as suspended? Please contact us.
• Try using a different browser or an incognito tab. Login with your account and see if you can start your server. If so, you can fix this issue on your standard browser by deleting all cookies and site data.
