Manual provisioning means that your Web Hosting, Site Hosting or Email Hosting service is set up by a ProRedLine administrator, not instantly by an automated system.
This ensures correct configuration and quality control.
Why ProRedLine Uses Manual Provisioning #
Manual provisioning is used to:
- Verify order details
- Prevent configuration errors
- Ensure correct domain and DNS setup
- Maintain security and consistency
This approach reduces mistakes and post-delivery issues.
What Happens After Payment #
After your order is paid:
- Your order enters the provisioning queue
- Required details are reviewed
- The hosting account is created
- Domains and DNS are checked
- The service is activated
You will receive confirmation once provisioning is complete.
Provisioning Timeframe #
Provisioning is completed within:
- Up to 48 hours
- Usually within 24 hours
Provisioning may take longer in specific situations.
Situations That May Extend Provisioning Time #
Provisioning may take longer if:
- Domain transfers are involved
- Additional verification is required
- Required information is missing
- Orders are placed outside business hours
- Manual DNS changes are needed
You will be informed if delays occur.
What Is Provisioned Manually #
Depending on the service, this may include:
- cPanel account creation
- Domain linking
- DNS configuration
- Email service activation
- Security checks
Not all services require the same steps.
What Is Not Included in Provisioning #
Manual provisioning does not include:
- Website development
- Content upload
- CMS installation
- Email client configuration
- Data migration
These tasks are customer-managed unless otherwise agreed.
During the Provisioning Period #
While provisioning is in progress:
- Services may not be accessible yet
- DNS may not resolve
- cPanel access may not be available
This is normal until setup is complete.
After Provisioning Is Complete #
Once provisioning is finished:
- cPanel access becomes available
- DNS propagation may still be in progress
- You can start uploading content or configuring email
DNS propagation may still require additional time.
Responsibility Notice #
You are responsible for:
- Providing correct order information
- Waiting for provisioning to complete
- Configuring your website and email after activation
ProRedLine does not provide instant provisioning.
