Webmail allows you to access your email through a browser without using an email client.
It is useful for first-time access, testing email delivery, or quick access from any device.
Webmail is available on Email Hosting and Web Hosting packages that include email services.
What You Need Before Logging In #
Before logging in, make sure you have:
- A created email account
- The email address and password
- A working internet connection
If the email account does not exist yet, it must be created first in cPanel.
How to Access Webmail #
You can access webmail in one of the following ways:
Via Direct Webmail URL #
- Visit
https://webmail.yourdomain.com - Or
https://yourdomain.com/webmail
The connection uses HTTPS.
Via cPanel #
- Log in to cPanel
- Go to Email Accounts
- Click Check Email next to the address
This method always works, regardless of DNS status.
Logging In #
To log in:
- Username: full email address
- Password: email account password
Do not use your cPanel password.
What You See After Login #
After logging in, you can:
- Read and send emails
- Manage folders
- Access spam and trash folders
- Configure basic email settings
Advanced email configuration is done in cPanel.
Common First-Time Login Issues #
- Incorrect password
- Using the wrong username
- DNS not fully propagated
- Trying to log in before the mailbox exists
