You can request to upgrade or downgrade your existing subscription through our support system. Plan changes are processed manually to ensure your server data and configuration remain intact.
How It Works #
- Go to the ‘My Tickets’ page → New Ticket → select the category “Switch Plan“.
- Include the following details in your ticket:
- The desired new plan
- The new billing cycle (e.g., 30 days → 90 days)
- The listed price of that plan
- Wait for confirmation from our team.
- Once confirmed, pay the new invoice shown in your client area.
- The new plan will activate automatically after the end of your current paid billing cycle, unless a prorated upgrade has been offered.
Tip: Always pay before your current billing cycle ends to ensure a smooth transition.
