Introduction #

Although we work with a prepaid model store, you can keep renewing your subscription. This can be done by paying your ‘renewal order’. Making the payment for the upcoming renewal will ensure you will not lose any access to your services.

When can I pay? #

7 days before the due date, your renewal order will be set to ‘Pending Payment’ and an email will send to your email address. This means you can renew your subscription. Renewing your subscription can be done by going to your ProRedLine.com account and opening the ‘Subscriptions’ page. At the bottom of the page, your ‘related orders’ will be shown with the most recent order in status ‘Pending Payment’. Here you can click on the ‘Pay Now’ button and completing the payment.

Which emails will I receive regarding the renewal? #

• 7 days before due date: [Action Required] Payment is due in 7 days
• 3 days before due date: [Action Required] Payment is due in 3 days
• 1 day before due date: [Final Notice] Pay now to avoid suspension
