Why Feature Availability Differs #

ProRedLine offers different hosting services for different use cases.
Each package only includes the features required for that service.

This approach:

• Prevents accidental misconfiguration

Unavailable features may be hidden or disabled in cPanel.

Web Hosting / Site Hosting #

Web Hosting and Site Hosting provide the full cPanel experience.

Available features typically include:

• Website file management
• Domains and DNS Zone Editor
• MySQL databases and phpMyAdmin
• Email accounts and email management
• PHP and software configuration
• Backups and restore tools
• Security features

This package is intended for hosting websites and web applications.

Email Hosting #

Email Hosting provides email-related features only.

Available features typically include:

• Email accounts
• Forwarders and autoresponders
• Spam filters
• Email deliverability settings
• DNS Zone Editor for email-related records

Unavailable features include:

• Website file management
• Databases
• PHP configuration
• Website-related tools

Email Hosting does not include website hosting.

DNS-Only Subscriptions #

DNS-only subscriptions provide domain and DNS management only.

Available features typically include:

• Domains overview
• DNS Zone Editor
• DNS-related configuration

Unavailable features include:

• Websites
• Email hosting
• Databases
• File management
• Software configuration

This package is intended for domain infrastructure only.

Hidden vs Disabled Features #

Some features may:

• Be completely hidden
• Appear but be inaccessible

This depends on the service configuration.

Hidden or disabled features cannot be enabled manually by customers.

Common Misunderstandings #

• Seeing fewer features does not mean something is broken
• cPanel access does not automatically include all hosting services
• DNS access does not imply website or email hosting

If a feature is not visible, it is not included in the package.

Can Features Be Added Later #

Additional features require:

• A different subscription
• An upgrade to another hosting package

Features cannot be added individually to an existing package.
