Explanation and solutions #
You may see a red bar on top of the console tab in your customer dashboard. In this bar you will find an error saying ‘Trouble connecting to your server’. Mostly this is because of 3 reasons.
- You have not paid before the upcoming due date of your subscription and your server has been suspended. The suspended message will only show on the home screen of the customer dashboard. This can be solved by making the currently open payment with the one-time reactivation fee.
- There’s maintenance or an active incident on the ProRedLine servers. You can check this on https://status.proredline.com. The error will be gone by the time maintenance has finished, or the incident has been solved.
- We are restarting the ProRedLine servers. This will always be finished within 2 minutes. Try again after 2 minutes.
