Explanation and solutions #
Are you not receiving any messages from ProRedLine? These are the most common problems.
- Our emails are sent to your spam folder. If this is the case, depending on your email provider, you can click a button confirming ProRedLine is not spam. This will send our emails to your inbox folder instead of the spam folder.
- Your email address has been changed or is wrong in the ProRedLine system. We sent our emails to the email addresses we have on file for each account. Login to your ProRedLine.com and customer dashboard account, go to your account’s settings and check if the email is still up-to-date.
- Your email provider blocks our emails. This is an issue only ProRedLine can see, not you. When we notice there’s an issue with an email provider, this will be shown as an incident at status.proredline.com.
- Your account at ProRedLine has been deleted. To receive emails again, please create a new account at ProRedLine.com.
- Your account at ProRedLine.com has been suspended. In this case, we only sent emails which are critical for you to receive. All other emails will not be sent due to your account suspension.
