Our system (AUTOPAY) only tries to charge the saved credit card payment method on file 7 days before the due date for the next payment, to be exact, 60 minutes after you’ve received the 7-day reminder email. We advise customers to have enough funds on their saved credit/debit card or by making manual payments within 7 days before the due date of the next renewal to extend their subscription.
