By making the payment for the ‘Renewal order’ on your ProRedLine.com account page under ‘Subscriptions’. You can make the payment for the next billing cycle from 7 days before the due date.
If you experience trouble with making the payment, please contact us before the due date. If the 7-day grace period has already started, and you couldn’t make the payment because of a problem on ProRedLine’s side, we’ll remove the reactivation fee and allow you to renew your subscription without any extra fees.
