How to Request a Plan Change

You can request to upgrade or downgrade your existing subscription through our support system. Plan changes are processed manually to ensure your server data and configuration remain intact. How It Works Tip: Always pay before your current billing cycle ends to ensure a smooth transition.

Upgrade Requests (More Resources or Features)

An upgrade lets you move to a higher plan with more performance or features without losing your current data. Important: If you pay for an upgrade early, it simply reserves your next cycle. The upgrade will still activate once your current period ends (unless prorated).

Downgrade Requests (Less Resources or Lower Plan)

Downgrades reduce your plan’s resources or features and are scheduled at the end of your current billing cycle. Tip: Make sure your disk space, RAM, or performance usage is compatible with the new plan to avoid downtime.

Changing Your Billing Cycle (30 -> 90 days, etc.)

You can extend your billing cycle to longer terms through a support ticket, giving you more convenience and fewer renewals. Example:If your current plan runs until Nov 30 and you request a 90-day cycle, pay the new invoice before Nov 30. The extended cycle will then start automatically on Dec 1.
